How much are visits at QC Natural Health? To give you the highest quality care, we operate on a package model. Together we choose a time-based package that best fits your needs: 3-month, 6-month, or 9-month holistic package, which includes your all of your care. After your 3-9 months, if you'd still like to to continue care, there is a monthly membership option. You may cancel your recurring membership at any point with no penalty or fees. Book a Phone Consultation with us to discuss pricing and next steps.

What's the difference between a conventional doctor and a naturopathic doctor?Naturopathic doctors, like allopathic or osteopathic physicians, hold a four-year undergraduate degree as well as an additional four-year doctorate degree. Naturopaths are trained in standard medical curriculum as well as extensive training in clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy, naturopathic manipulative therapy, psychology, and counseling. Naturopaths must complete at least two years of hands-on clinical training and pass two sets of national boards to become certified. Naturopathic doctors are trained to diagnose and treat disease or refer to specialists when necessary.

Will insurance cover my visit?Insurance often can shape the treatment that you receive and the time you may spend with the doctor. Instead, we are focused on providing the best care, without insurance influence. In the interest of keeping care quality high, we do not bill insurance in the office. Instead, you may request a Super Bill, which is a special receipt you may submit to your insurance company, and they send you reimbursement. You can alternately use HSA and FSA payments.

What is included in a phone consultation? For online and phone consultations, there are some limitations to the care we can provide. We cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions without first establishing care in-person. All clients are required to work with a physician locally. This doctor will act as your primary resource for diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. What we can do is help you understand new or confusing diagnoses, discuss recent lab findings, help you with specific health goals, and help you implement treatment recommendations made by your doctor. Think of the information shared in these consultations as the type of conversation you might have with a neighbor or close friend who is a doctor - you may ask for their input or ideas, but wouldn't expect them to diagnose or prescribe medication without being seen in their clinic first.
