Customizable Smoothies


I'll be honest, with this quarantine, I go from feeling super health motivated to super couch potato - sometimes it changes by the hour! And that's OK ;)

When I'm feeling super health motivated, I often turn to smoothies for a delicious, easy way to get a lot of nutrients. Plus the extra vitamin C is great for the immune system!
